Contact Lens Exam = $80 for new patients, $60 for returning patients
Can be done same day as the routine eye exam (subject to availability of trial lenses), and provides training for insertion and removal of contact lenses, in addition to trial lenses and follow-ups as needed.

If you have a valid prescription and just need to order glasses, you can still use this promotion! Feel free to stop by Mon - Fri from 10am - 6pm and reference our Self Pay promotion. Make sure to bring your signed prescription with you!
Promotion Terms & Conditions: Eye examination is $109 and includes a comprehensive eye health evaluation with dilation and a spectacle lens prescription. Dilation may optionally be replaced by Optomap® retinal photography for an additional $39 fee for patients who prefer retinal photography instead of dilation. Optomap is optional and is not required to receive the eye examination. Patients who choose Optomap may still require dilation based on the results of the eye exam.
Contact lens examination is optional and is not required to receive the eye examination. Contact lens examination is $80 for new patients and $60 for established patients and may be completed on the same day as the eye examination or within 6 months of the eye examination date. Contact lens examination includes trial lenses as needed to finalize the prescription, insertion/removal training, and follow-up visits for up to 6 months. Contact lens examination is required to render or renew a valid contact lens prescription, regardless of wear history or need for training.
Patients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present, or have a completed authorization/waiver permitting the office to administer dilation drops and/or perform retinal photography, as applicable.
The 15% promotional discount applies to ONE of the following: (1) one complete pair of new prescription spectacles, including frame and lenses; OR (2) the patient's first contact lens order with our office, provided the order contains a minimum 6-month supply based on the prescribed replacement schedule. The 15% discount cannot be applied to both spectacles and contact lenses under the same promotion, and does not apply to repeated contact lens orders for the same patient.
Certain frames, lenses, contact lenses, brands, and other products are excluded from the 15% discount due to manufacturer pricing restrictions or other promotional limitations. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with insurance benefits, vision plans, or other discounts. Any exam or products purchased using promotional pricing must be paid at the promotional/self-pay price and cannot also be billed to insurance. Patients may elect to use promotional/self-pay pricing for the examination and use applicable insurance benefits separately for spectacles or contact lenses purchased at standard pricing, or use insurance benefits for the examination and pay promotional pricing for eligible spectacles or contact lenses purchased separately
