As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit card, the nation's leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your procedure immediately—then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget.
A vision insurance policy is not the same as health insurance. Regular health insurance plans protect you against financial losses due to unexpected eye injuries or disease. Vision insurance, on the other hand, is a wellness benefit designed to provide routine eye care, prescription eyewear and other vision-related services at a reduced cost.

Because we provide both medical and routine eye care, we accept a number of insurance plans to help cover the cost depending on your individual needs.

Regarding Apple Health: The only Apple Health plans we currently accept for new patients is Molina, CHPW (no BT prefix for adults*), and Wellpoint. We do not accept Coordinated Care or UnitedHealthcare Apple Health Plans.

Regarding Metlife: Metlife's vision coverage is managed by VSP, Eyemed, or Davis Vision. We are not in network with Davis, but we are with VSP and Eyemed.

Regarding CHPW Cascade Select members (ID begins in BT), please be aware that the vision benefit on your plan is Pediatric vision. If you are above the age of 18, you may not be able to access this benefit.

Patients that have not been billed for services in the past 36 months are considered new patients.
